• It is the organizer’s responsibility to obtain permission from parents or legal guardians of the children that are to be painted at the event.
• All of my paints are professional grade water-based cosmetic paints and are FDA approved for use on the skin. However, all cosmetics can, on rare occasions, cause allergic reactions and we can not be held liable for this.
• I reserve the right to refuse to paint any child that appears to be sick. Children with cold symptoms, skin disorders, open wounds, broken skin, or eye infections may be painted on the arm or hand.
• Children under the age of 3 can have designs painted on hands or arms.
• I can not paint any child that does not wish to be painted.
• We strive to abide by the strictest hygiene practices. I use a clean sponge for each child painted and brushes are cleaned and disinfected several times during the event. All equipment, including sponges, brushes, and paints are thoroughly cleaned after each event.
BOOKING
A 25% deposit is required when booking the services with the balance due upon the arrival of the artist at the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Once you have received a callback and booking confirmation with deposit paid, should you cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
• For corporate events cancellation will result in a 25% cancellation fee of the invoice amount.
• If The Painting Gypsy has to cancel services for your booked event, a full refund will be given.
