Summertime is here and one of my favorite past-times is creating seashell crafts! The beach is my happy place and I just can’t get enough of collecting sea treasures for my seashell crafts.
Hubby and I have traveled for several years with his job and have been blessed to work along the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Anytime he has a day off you can find us beach combing for supplies for my seashell crafts addiction. I have buckets and more buckets of seashells in our camper, his truck, and two storage buildings!
We are not always able to work near the beach, so when jobs take us away or during the winter months I make sure I have what I need to create amazing seashell crafts.
In addition to seashells, I keep a stock of paints and miscellaneous craft supplies with us at all times, because you can never have too much glitter, burlap, ribbon, and paint!
There is always a gift or decoration that includes seashells in my brain, just swirling and twirling trying to get out and manifest itself as a beautiful seashell craft.
Here are some of my very favorite seashell crafts I have made over the years. Many of these items can be found in my Etsy Store.
Crafts Made With Olive Shells
Crafts Made With Quahog Shells
Crafts Made With Disk Dosina Shells
A Mermaid Crown!
The possibilities are endless when making seashell crafts, so gather your treasures and start making your list of projects using them!
